A MindfulNews experience
You’re
thinking more
than you realise.
Most of us spend large parts of life absorbed in thinking without recognising it as thinking.
Stillness within the noise.

A MindfulNews experiment
See your
thinking
as it happens.
For five minutes, say each thought aloud as soon as you recognise it. Your words will appear as a numbered ThinkLog — making an invisible process visible.
Your first ThinkLog
You are not trying to stop thinking, empty your mind or perform well. You are simply noticing.
- Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for five minutes.
- Sit comfortably, settle your body and close your eyes if that feels comfortable.
- Say each thought aloud, then pause briefly.
- If you forget or get lost in thought, simply begin again.
How do I do a ThinkLog?
Do not search for thoughts or try to change them. Sit quietly. Whenever you recognise thinking, say that thought aloud in a few natural words, then become quiet again.
What if no thoughts appear?
You can say “nothing is appearing”, “I am waiting” or whatever you genuinely recognise. There is no correct number of thoughts.
What if I get lost in thinking?
That is normal. The moment you recognise you were lost is itself a moment of recognition. Say what you noticed and continue.
Prototype privacy: MindfulNews does not save this session or its transcript. Chrome provides the speech recognition and may process audio through its own service. Avoid sharing anything you would not want processed in this way.
Settle into position
Quiet place. Comfortable posture.
Close your eyes when you are ready.
What are you noticing?
There is no right number. If nothing appears, notice “nothing is appearing”.
Your first observation
Your ThinkLog
thoughts
This is not a score. It is one glimpse of your mind on one particular day.
The insight comes from repetition. After at least six ThinkLogs, patterns such as pace, repetition, emotional themes and familiar stories become easier to see for yourself.
Your transcript disappears when this page is closed or refreshed. Copy it first if you want to keep it.
The first discovery
Thinking happens.
Recognising it
changes everything.
You do not choose every thought that appears. Often, you do not even recognise that thinking is happening. You are simply inside the story, reacting as though it were reality.
Absorbed in thinking
Lost inside the noise. One thought leads into another before you have recognised what is happening.
Recognising thinking
The thought has not disappeared. But your relationship to it has changed. You can see that thinking is happening.
Life under pressure
Different pressure.
The same invisible process.
The setting changes, but the mind follows familiar patterns. Thinking about the past. Predicting the future. Judging, rehearsing and trying to stay in control.
The fighter
before the bell
“What if I freeze?” “What if I’m not ready?”
The professional
before the meeting
“I need to get this right.” “What will they think?”
Awake
at 2am
“Why did I say that?” “What am I going to do?”
Recognising thinking does not stop thoughts from appearing. It creates the possibility of relating to them differently.
Wake Up From Autopilot
Train your mind the way you train your body
Most people are inside their thoughts, not above them — in the ring, in the boardroom, at 2am. Manual Pilot is a structured programme to help you see your mind clearly and take back control. Whether you want to train as part of a group or work with me one-on-one, leave your email and I'll personally get back to you with the details.
The Problem
The mind runs on autopilot
In the ring or the boardroom — most people are inside their thoughts, not above them. Attention drifts before anyone notices it's gone.
The Solution
NOTICE. BREATHE. RETURN.
Mindfulness isn’t about emptying the mind.
It’s about learning to catch thoughts before they control you.
The 4A Framework
Step-by-Step System for Training Awareness, Focus, and Presence
The 4A Framework is a structured mindfulness training system designed to help people break free from mental autopilot and build real-world mental strength.
The Movement
Awareness. Choice. Freedom
Manual Pilot is a movement to make awareness a fundamental human skill. A way to help people recognise autopilot, see their thoughts clearly, and reconnect with life — one moment at a time.
THE MINDFUL FIGHTER PROGRAM
Train your mind. Change how you experience life.
This is the full Mindful Fighters course — the same programme I take my fighters through.
Most people come to this work because they want help with nerves, anxiety, overthinking, confidence, or pressure.
But over the 5 weeks, something deeper often happens.
You don’t just learn how to calm down.
You learn how to see your thoughts more clearly, stop being controlled by them, and become more present in your life.
The goal is simple:
A life of presence… with moments of thinking.
Not the other way round.

Visualise Your Victory
Believe It, Then Achieve It: Mental rehearsal primes your mind for success. You’ll learn how to visualise your ideal performance, step into the ring with belief, and let your body follow the script your mind has already written.
Rest and Recharge
Recovery Over Restlessness: Champions aren't made in the gym alone—they're built in deep rest. When your mind races before a fight, remember: recovery is part of the work. Breathe, let go, and trust the process. While you sleep, your body is preparing you to win.
Confidence & Mental Strength
Start Strong. Stay Strong: Every fighter’s journey begins in the mind. In this first session, we lay the mental foundations—confidence, focus, and resilience—that will carry you through training and into the ring. With the right mindset from day one, self-doubt gets left behind.
Calm Your Mind & Conquer Anxiety
Master the Moment, Not Just the Movement: The pressure is real—but so is your ability to control it. Learn how to stay grounded through simple breathing techniques and mindset tools. Whether it’s the nerves before sparring or the adrenaline of fight night, you’ll know how to stay calm and in control.
Watch the welcome video
In the ring — and in life — the real battle is in the mind. I’ve worked with hundreds of fighters to sharpen focus, regulate emotions, and build resilience under pressure. Just like your body, your mind can be trained. Let’s make sure it works for you, not against you.
Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Gui. I’ve worked with hundreds of fighters to help them master their mindset, and I’ve studied directly with the world’s leading experts. Over the years, I’ve crafted a system that’s simple, practical, and transformative.
The same tools that calm fighters under pressure are now being used in boardrooms like the BBC. These are human skills — universal techniques for focus, presence, and resilience.
No one should have to train their mind alone. That’s why I built a community where fighters and professionals grow together.
