Welcome back, let’s build on what we started

Great to have you here. If you joined the live session, this is your space to revisit the tools we explored together and start turning them into something you can use day to day.

Everything here is designed to be simple, practical, and easy to come back to. No pressure to get it perfect. Just small steps, repeated consistently, that help you feel more focused, calm, and in control.

  • We focus on helping people perform well under pressure. Drawing from experience in elite sport and high performance environments, we bring simple mindfulness tools into everyday work and life so you can think clearly and respond with intention.

  • Keep it simple and make it useful. You have already been introduced to the core ideas, awareness, anchoring, and control. This is where you start practising them. A few minutes a day is enough to begin building that skill.

  • Start with the three core exercises from the session.

    • Awareness, noticing what is going on in your mind

    • Anchoring, bringing your attention back to the present

    • Body scan, helping you reset and release tension

You can revisit these anytime. The goal is not to stop your thoughts, but to build a better relationship with them and choose how you respond.

Awareness: Notice What’s Already There

Everything starts with awareness. Before you can change anything, you need to see it clearly.

This exercise helps you step back and observe your thoughts without getting caught up in them. No need to control or judge, just notice what is happening in the mind and begin to build that space between you and your thoughts.

Anchoring: Come Back to the Present

Your mind will wander, that is normal. The skill is learning how to come back.

This exercise gives you a simple anchor, usually the breath, to return to whenever you get distracted. Each time you notice and come back, you are training your focus and building control in real time.

Body Scan: Reset and Release

Sometimes the mind is busy because the body is holding tension. This is your chance to reset.

The body scan helps you slow things down, bring attention into the body, and release built up stress. It is a simple way to relax, recharge, and reconnect with the present moment.
